October PRSA Luncheon
Live from the One Utah Summit: How to Recover from a Communications Blunder
Time: Wednesday, Oct. 9, from 2:55 to 3:30 p.m.
Where: In-person at Southern Utah University in Cedar City or join online
● In-person in the Shooting Star Room (room 50) in the Hunter Alumni Center at Southern
Utah University at 405 W. University Blvd. in Cedar City. Register.
● Online via Zoom. Register.
Cost: Both in-person attendance at the event and the online webinar will be free for all Utah PRSA
members. The session is part of the One Utah Summit, and Utah PRSA members can attend the
One Utah Summit FutureReady Track sessions for free from noon to 4 p.m. on Oct. 9. Lunch will
not be provided. Utah PRSA members wanting to attend in-person must pre-register by Oct. 7 at
noon.
Summary:
Three panelists will provide valuable insights into managing and recovering from organizational or
professional communication missteps. Learn about the best strategies for bouncing back, repairing
reputation, and turning challenges into opportunities for growth. The panelists will equip
attendees with the tools and knowledge needed to handle communication blunders with
confidence and resilience.
This session will be in place of the traditional October Utah PRSA luncheon, and we’re encouraging
everyone to join the panelists, who are all members of Utah PRSA, for the discussion.
