Join us for the Utah PRSA Spring Conference

Interested in sharing your expertise in public relations, communications, and/or marketing? Submit your presentation proposal before February 6, 2026 to join the lineup of speakers at the 2026 Utah PRSA Spring Conference.
Each proposal will be reviewed following the submission period and the full agenda will be announced mid-February. If you have questions about the submission form or proposal process, please reach out to jason.carlton@imail.org.
NOTE: Presenters are responsible for their own travel expenses. However, those who do present at the conference will receive complimentary conference registration.

This must-attend annual Conference provides PR, communications, and marketing professionals with unmatched networking and professional development. From inspiring keynote speakers to informative breakout sessions, there will be countless opportunities to learn from and network with professionals in the industry.
During the full-day conference, attendees will learn from a wide variety of speakers covering topics like AI, well-being in the workplace, media relations and marketing best practices, storytelling, and more. The full agenda is listed below.

Cost for the full-day conference, which includes lunch, two keynotes, one general session and more than eight breakout sessions is as follows:
- $125 for PRSA Members and Utah PIO Association Members
- $175 for Non-PRSA Members
- $50 for students

The conference will be held at the Clarke Building on the campus of Utah Valley University (800 W University Pkwy, Orem, UT 84058). On-site check in will begin at 7:30 a.m. and the program begins at 8:30 a.m. The closing general session will end at 5 p.m. The full agenda will be announced mid-February.
PARKING
On-campus parking is available through the Passport app for $10 per day. Alternatively, a $5 day pass can be purchased online for the yellow permit parking areas.ย The campus map shows where the Clarke Building is located (indicated as ‘CB’), along with the best lots, which include L3, L5, L6, L8, and L14. Across the street is also L9 and L10. Another option is the parking garage, which would require payment via the Passport app.ย
HOTEL
Do you need a hotel room? Utah Valley University has discounted rates at the Hampton Inn & Suites Orem. When booking, please use the corporate ID #2692474 in the corporate field on the webpage. The hotel is just south of the campus, at 851 W 1250 S, Orem, UT 84058.
Following the conference, a Dine-Around will be held from 6-8 p.m. for those interested in continuing the conversations over dinner. More information and locations will be provided shortly.
